I’ve been painting with acrylics for a while. I got really into int initially in 2009 just on a lark. I was taking a mixed media journaling class online and there was a project where we were told to go off for a walk around our neighborhood and find things, physical things, we could incorporate into a canvas piece. And while that piece was not long for this world (and eventually found its home in a dumpster somewhere), I kept painting.
