It’s that time of year where everyone is looking for love magick advice. To be fair, that time of year is literally all year long, but this is the extra special time for love magick spells. Because, that’s right, Valentine’s Day.
Like most witches, I get asked about love magick all the time. And like most witches, I have a pretty firm stance on these kinds of spells. My feelings on love magick come from personal experience, not just thoughts and notions of it. I’ve had several bad experiences with love magick over the years.
One of those experiences was when I was in college, and one was when I was in my mid-20s. Both times were the typical “we broke up, and I want him back” story. The first turned my ex into a legit needed to get the authorities involved stalker. The second turned my ex into someone that I didn’t recognize and someone I didn’t want to have around but was now sort of stuck with.
The good news is, both times, taught me a lot of lessons. Not enough to the point where I never worked love magick again, but still, I learned lessons!
Last year I started a Patron and recently decided to end it after finding that it wasn’t really the right fit for me and my work. But while I was doing it, I had a little podcast that I would post to my Patreon that consisted of me answering old Ask A Witch emails. And guess what, there were a bunch of questions about love magick!
I thought I would share the episode I did for my Patreon supporters on love magick. This shares a bit of my love magick stories and my answer to some of the common questions I get asked about love magick.
I’ll share with you…
- the essential questions you need to ask yourself before doing love magick to get someone back
- why you might want to consider NOT working love magick on your ex
- the harsh truths about love that you need to keep in mind when it comes to love
- tips for creating love spells if you want to do them
This was the second episode of the podcast, so there are a few things that needed to change…and they did…so if I share other episodes in the future, they will be a tad different (specifically I found my pop filter…lol), but the content is pretty much the same.
So check it out!
Let me know what you think of the podcast overall. Would you like to hear more of these? And what are your thoughts and experiences with love magick?
