For today’s message we have “Whatever I give attention to – wanted or unwanted – I am creating.”  On the back it says “You were born with a magnificent (emotional) guidance system that lets you know, in every moment, exactly what your vibrational content is, which is being matched by the Law of Attraction.  As it is your desire to feel good, and your practice to choose good-feeling thoughts, only good things will come to you.”  This is one of those powerful messages that acts as a wake up call to remind you that you are drawing to you and creating your life, one moment and one thought at a time.

So this is a reminder about attention.  What are you allowing to have your attention?  When you’re upset about something do you focus more on the thing that upset you or on how to overcome the issue?  When you focus on the upsetting thing you’re only going to draw more of that upsetting energy.  But by focusing on how you can turn things around you’re able to draw you create more change.  My favorite quote lately applies here; What we think we become (the Buddha).

What we think we create.  This is one of the classic trip ups with those getting started with Law of Attraction work.  If you want money and you say “I want to have more money” you’re only going to draw more want, not more money.  Instead you want to just thing “I always have the money I need at any given moment.”  If you want money for something specific you might want to think “I have all the resources to take a wonderful summer vacation.”  You need to be specific; vague thoughts and energy only create vague results.

Want creates want.  Wishes create more wishes.  But thinking and seeing yourself living the way you want to actually live is the way to create that in reality.  If you focus on what you don’t want, that’s all you’ll keep getting, just more of what you don’t want.
