Yesterday the angels and I made a deal. I’ve committed to getting myself back to focusing on my two first loves, intuitive readings and writing, and they are going to help me with my practice by showing me the best opportunities for both. YAY! What could be better!? And not long after making that deal…BOOM! Mission for doing readings was thrown at me. The mission: give some free angel messages on Facebook. And I did. I spent 3 hours doing one card readings for people and delivering messages from the angels. But I didn’t do it alone. I had the angels and a couple very important crystals with. Angelite was one of them!
Angelite is one of my favorite stones to work with and it comes is super handy for spiritual and emotional healing.
The Basics:
Color: Blue {light to dark} sometimes with white flecks or veins
Charkas: Crown, third-eye, throat
Elements: Air and Water
Energies: connection to higher spiritual realms, personal power, healing, psychic awareness, spirit journeys
It’s a relatively new stone, discovered about 25 years ago in Peru and it’s one that in my experience everyone kind of has a different experience with and finds one aspect of it that they connect to the most when they work with it.
Connect to Your Angels
Angelite is awesome for getting you connected to the angelic realms, especially if you have some blocks to hearing, seeing, or feeling them around you. If you want to hook into the vibe of your personal angels, or any of the angels, holding or wearing angelite, or even just having it in your space while you work, is perfect.
Encourage Compassion
If you need to find more compassion for yourself or for someone else, hold a piece of angelite over your heart. Feel and visualize it’s light blue energy lighting up your heart chakra and filling it with peaceful, loving energy.
Speak Your Truth
If you need a little help speaking your truth and getting out the fear of saying what needs to be said, lay down and place a preace of angelite over your throat. Allow this beautiful, cool energy to open up your throat chakra and break away any blocks that are keeping you from saying what you need to say. Carry it with you or wear a necklace over your throat chakra when it’s time to have the conversations that need to be had.
Transform Fear Into Love
Angelite can help you deal with emotional and spiritual pain and take fear and turn it into love by changing your view and perspective on your situation. Hold it, carry it, meditate with it, and sleep with it under your pillow or next to the bed and allow it to simply do its job by being in your energy field.
A Simple Grid
With a piece of angelite and four small quartz points you can create a simple but powerful angelite crystal grid to project the different energies of angelite into your space. Be sure to cleanse your stones first and then set up the grid like you see below with the angelite in the center and the four quartz points pointing outward. This helps to project the angelite vibrations outward while amplifying it.
You can also use angelite {indirectly} to create a simple gem elixir that you can drink or add to a bath as another way to take in its energies.
Angelite is really one of my go to stones that I carry with me all the time in my medicine bag. It gets you clear in your expression, focused in your healing, and closer to your angels.

I keep getting white flashes of light in my room both at day and night time , any idea what it can be? I feel connected to something most of the time/feel guided, its pretty intense those flashes always turn around when it happens, even in dim light it happens, maybe hand sized bright white light in the middle of the room or next to me
I think angelite has helped me open my throat chakra a bit, helps me speak and be more balanced.
Amethyst I used before really opened it all up, but made me dizzy , too high frequency. So I use black tourmaline and hermatite now to protect myself from other people’s negative emotions that I seem to pick up all the time.
The amethyst almost gives me an out of body feeling, and keep getting white flashes at this moment, not sure why, every day. Right to me, left of me, above me etc.
I have noticed very vivid dreams after using crystals on my body, flying dreams most nights, feels more real than this reality, almost sad to get back to here at times 😛 (mostly because I’m in pain most days, and love the freedom of flying)

You ever had such white flashes of light in your room? , they have increased in numbers, now its almost every 20-30minutes most of the day. Before it was just once a day. Or once every few weeks.
I prefer rosa quartz, amethyst, clear quartz – those are very good beginner crystals. Heals, balanced, and definitely opens up a lot. Opens up your spirituality quite a bit and relaxes too.
But then I lost all my crystals for maybe 3-5 months, got really imbalanced because of it, so had to buy a new one… black tourmaline
then I found my crystals right when I got the new ones 🙂
It sounds to me like grounding is really something that you need the most right now. Amethyst is a pretty gentle stone, even though it is connected to higher energies, but the fact that black tourmaline seems to really comfort you definitely points to a need to ground and balance your energies, especially your higher chakra energies.
As for the white flashes, yes, I have experienced that before but I think there are two things to keep in mind. First, I’d make sure you’re grounding yourself, because again, that’s a higher energy/higher chakra issues. It’s not necessarily a bad thing but with the frequency you’re talking about it happening it sounds like your upper chakras may be way too open and overactive. Secondly, if this happens consistently with regular frequency please do not assume that it’s a spiritual or paranormal event. Do not discount that this could actually be a medical issue. Be sure to get yourself checked out by a doctor, especially if you sense a pattern with it that is consistent.
hi. i am a complete beginner to crystals. i just got my first angelite and would really love to learn how i can go about connecting to it. i have tried talking to it, putting it around me but till now i still feel no connection to my crystal. what should i do?
Just want to point out that putting Angelite in water for an elixir will actually dissolve the Angelite into Gypsym, I wouldn’t get it wet.
